Meet the Artist.

I graduated from Fenton Senior High School with Honors, and as the Editor-in-Chief of our nationally-recognized yearbook. I then attended the University of Michigan-Flint, where I graduated in 2017 with High Honors and a BFA in Graphic Design. While at UM-Flint, I worked as the graphic editor and designer of QUA (Literary Arts Magazine, 2016-2017) and the Michigan Times (UM-Flint’s student-run newspaper, 2016-2017).

After graduating from UM-Flint, I worked in Ann Arbor, MI at McKinley Apartments as their corporate office’s in-house Graphic Designer (2017-2018). I then worked in Lansing, MI at Adams Outdoor Advertising as the Lansing branch’s Creative Director (2018-2020).

In March of 2020, as many of us did, I lost my job due to Covid. With the design market being in a hire-freeze, I made the (terrifying) leap from graphic designer to Independent Artist, and supported myself independently by creating artwork online, managing social media and using it as a tool to reach myself and my art. It was at this time that I began managing my own Patreon and online shop (which I still do!).

In 2022, I signed on at LINE Webtoon to become a full-time Comic Artist, working on my series “It Strikes a Chord.” This is where I’m currently at! Working on this series has brought me so much joy - it has been a dream of mine to create a comic series, and it feels amazing to have finally accomplished that dream.

I am an artist, a designer, an author, a marketing director, a content coordinator… I’m a creator. I let my passions fuel me and direct me; I listen to myself intuitively and let my interests and pursuits push me where I feel drawn to go.

Haha. Drawn.

Love a good art pun.
